An independent community-based academic medical center and health system in southwest Connecticut is adding a Family Medicine physician. The practice is part of a multi-specialty group representing various medical specialties. The ideal candidate should be patient-centered and energetic with the desire to provide excellent care in an outpatient setting.

About this Opportunity

• Expanding office-based practice with 5 providers
• Collegial team and excellent support staff
• The incoming physician will be busy from day one
• 100% outpatient position
• Monday through Friday with 4.5 days of patient care and 1/2 day for administrative duties
• Call is 1:6, phone call only
• No hospital responsibilities, no nights, no weekends
• The average daily patient census is approximately 20

Financial Package

• Market rate salary with wRVU incentives and a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, flex plan, disability, life, malpractice, 403b, CME stipend, and generous vacation time
