A forward-thinking, financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is seeking an ENT to join 2 board-certified physicians in the hospital's employed medical group. Huge need in the market. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!

Recruitment Package:

• $600,000 base salary + RVU production bonus (uncapped) 
• $75,000 signing bonus 
• $15,000 relocation allowance
• $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3)

• Strong pension plan 
• PTO 33 days (264 hours) 
• CME 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually 
• Paid malpractice with tail
