Job Details

• Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Diabetes Center has CDE is located nearby 
• Employed position includes MGMA standard salary, wRVU based production bonuses, possible signing bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package to include malpractice, health, life, dental, vision, disability, pension plan, vacation/CME with expenses, fees and dues, relocation
• Credentialing process takes 60-90 days
