Responsibilities:

• 75% clinical and 25% admin
• Candidate must have at least 2 yrs of leadership experience leading PCP’s. 
• Managed Care experience is a plus.  
• A passion to work with Seniors and the underserved is a must.  
• Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
