A hospital in Northern New York, right in the Adirondack Mountain Foothills, is recruiting a BC/BE CRNA to join its established team of 8 CRNAs and 5 Anesthesiologists.

• Salary - $264,000
• Signing Bonus - $5,000 
• Relocation - $7,500
• $5,000 for annual CME and license dues
• $4,800 paid annually for student loan repayment
• 35 days of PTO, plus 7 holidays
