Intensivist Opportunity in Coastal Delaware: Low cost of living

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an integrated health system in Dover, Delaware with the recruitment of a BC/BE CCM or Pulm/CC physician. This is a full-time, permanent, and hospital-employed position. 

Position

• Joining two Pulm/CCM physicians and three advanced practice clinicians
• Looking to expand capacity and coverage
• Physicians with intensivist only training will spend 90% of their time in ICU
• Pulm/CC physicians will split time between ICU and inpatient pulmonary consults
• Interest in precepting residents is a PLUS
• 24/7 hospitalist coverage

This hospital-employed position offers regionally generous compensation, a sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package with WRVU incentives. Practicing physicians as well as J1/H1 visa candidates and 2022 graduates are all welcome to apply.
