Critical Care Medicine in Southern Vermont - Sign-On & Student Loan Assistance

A full-service 144-bed community hospital with a 13-bed multidisciplinary Medical-Surgical unit in Southern Vermont is adding a Critical Care physician.

About the Position

• Team of 3 Intensivists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• 12-14 shifts per month. The hours are 7 am-7 pm
• Function as the attendings for all Medical ICU admissions, and as consultants/co-managers for all Surgical ICU admissions
• Provide primary in-house day coverage, consult for the ED and inpatient services, and serve as a backup resource for the night in-house Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Clinical appointment at the University of Vermont College of Medicine is available
• Support trainee education and supervision for ICU rotations from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and various PA and NP programs
