• Group has been established for 30 years
• Weekday call is typically 2-3 times per month with the post-call day off. The weekend call is 1:4
• Part of one of Virginia's largest, independent multi-specialty groups 
• Large built-in referral base with 120+ primary care providers and 180+ specialists
• Epic EMR
