We are seeking a Heart Failure trained cardiologist to join a Mayo-affiliated team of 17 physicians in a nationally awarded heart and vascular program. Located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota this location is an outdoor lover's dream. Tons of outdoor activities are surrounded by breathtaking views.

Practice Overview:

• Join 10 non-invasive, 5 interventional, 2 EP, and 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons
• Support from a skilled team of 20 APPs  
• 2 Cath labs, 2 EP labs, 2 cardiac and vascular surgery suites, and a hybrid suite with state-of-the-art imaging and equipment
• Robust cardiovascular clinical research program with over 20 clinical trials
• Established heart failure clinic, cardiac rehab program, anticoagulation clinic, lipid, and lifestyle medicine programs
• Zero competition in the area
• 471-bed Level II Trauma Center
